It was a pleasure working with Jon DeCurtins and his team. Prior to listing my condo, Jon gave me recommendations on how to update the property and he suggested how best to stage the space. I followed his advice and the condo sold on the first day. Jon hired a professional photographer to take photos of the condo. The photos really captured the essence of the condo and made the listing pop. Jon and his team are experts in the digital realm. I was able to digitally sign all of the legal documents (except for the the final closing papers) quickly and efficiently online. This was very important to me since I live out of state, but it would also save a lot of time and hassle even if you're local. I would absolutely choose the DeCurtins Team again. They made the whole process stress-free.

Jon and his team took great care of us. A lot of research was done trying to put a price on our home. We had a very unique setting with 4 acres a large home and a in ground pool. His team got our house information out to the public very quickly and efficiently . We immediately had potential buyers setting up appointments to see our home. After a few open houses and visitors our house was sold in less than 3 weeks. We were thrilled !

Overall Jon and Team was excellent to work with, one of the most professional groups I've had the pleasure to do business with. From start to finish, Jon made sure listing to closing was done without delay or hardship. Day one he walked us through his selling process which include a go-to market social media and marketing plan. When buyer complications arose, he made sure to include us along the way to ensure we understood the issue and even recommended the best plan of remediation to ensure the transaction was successful. Would certainly do business with Jon and his ERA team again, whether its buying or selling in the greater Cincinnati area.
